Responsibilities:

负责采购部门内部员工的工作分配；
Be responsible of purchasing team work distribution;
培训、指导、激励部门内部员工；
Training, coaching and promotion of purchasing team member;
部门员工的绩效考核、工作跟踪和确认；
Purchasing team performance evaluation, work tracking and validation;
根据“项目总计划”和“设计进度计划”编制“采购进度计划”；
Based on general project plan and design process schedule compile purchasing plan;
负责按合同技术要求供货；
Be in charge of purchasing equipments based on contract requirements;
负责对外询价、报价、订货；
Be in charge for inquiring, quoting, purchasing.
负责对所编制询价书和技术数据的正确性和完整性；
Be in charge of the validity and accuracy of the inquiry price report and technical data;
对所订货的设备、材料、标准件的按期交付和质量负责跟踪监督，及时发现问题，并采取切实有效的措施解决问题；
Be in charge of tracking and supervising of contractual delivery terms for equipments, material and standard parts. Check out problems and take effect measures to settle them;
编制订货合同文件，组织合同谈判，为管理层准备采购合同的签订；
Compile purchasing contract files, organize contract’s negotiation, and prepare the signature of the purchasing contract by management team;
组织收集供应商信息，审核新的符合公司要求的供应商；
Arrange collecting suppliers’ business information, audit new suppliers which accord with our company requirement;
建立更新供应商档案系统(Portal)；
Maintain the Portal information updated;
组织收集并建立完善的成本信息库，为销售部门提供设备、材料等成本预算的支持，并对成本预算的准确性负责；
Organize collection and building complete cost information database, to provide an estimation support for sale department, with responsibility for veracity of costs;
负责部门与公司内部其他部门、用户、供货商的沟通和协调工作；
Handle negotiation in case of claims with suppliers;
贯彻采购成本最优化；
Continuous plan for optimization of purchasing costs;

Requirements：
本科以上学历，工程技术等相关专业毕业；
Bachelor degree or above in engineering or related major;
5年以上设备采购工作经验，熟悉设备制造工艺和检验方法；
Above 5 years work experience of equipments purchasing, familiar with manufacture technology of equipments;
英语流利；
Fluent in English;
良好组织、计划、控制能力、领导管理能力；
Ability of organization, plan, control， leader management;
良好谈判能力和沟通能力；
Good communication and negotiation;
