职位描述:

1. Hands-on, can-do attitude when actively managing all aspects of a bar/restaurant for profitability.
2. Thorough understanding of how to manage, guide and motivate staff for expected results.
3. Ability to work as a team across multiple cultures.
4. Ability to market and promote venues to local and international clientele.
5. A fun outgoing personality - able to interact effectively with our customer base and deliver genuine and memorable service.
6. Strong communication and organization skills.
7. Relevant work experience, more than 5 years related working experience.
8. Excellent language skills both English and Chinese.

Requirements
Candidates should have a minimum of one year Fine Dining Restaurant/Hotel experience. Front of House staffs with previous reputable fine dining or 5 star international hotel experiences will be considered with priority. Basic English Language skills is a must. Kitchen senior staffs will require minimum of 2 years or more in relevant positions in up market establishment and have good understand of food and modern food trends and technology. Commencement date of positions: March 2013.
