职位描述
Search and identify suitable candidates by using all kinds of professional methods;
Close communication with the clients to introduce the job description and complete the assignment;
Train the interns and researchers to search and develop qualified candidates;
Interview candidates & write the report to client;
Arrange suitable candidates to be interviewed by clients;
Assist clients and candidates negotiate the salary;
Control the consulting service process quality;
Business development & communication with clients.
Ensure all relevant records and information be uploaded to recruitment system
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above;
Minimum 3 years recruitment consulting experience;
Solid multi-industry track record;
Excellent communication skills with multi-task management competency;
A broad knowledge of industries, job functions, and commercial businesses Should be mature, professional, service-oriented, results-driven, self-initiated, hands-on, analytical and curious-minded, and a strong communicator.
Willing to build your long-term career success, take on new challenges, and deliver impressive results.
