Description
The responsibilities and main tasks for the above mentioned manager are outlined as the following:
· SARFT Sales development strategy in China
· Maintain and develop the relationships with SARFT & Media customers including SARFT Head Quarter, Academy, new investor, New Joint Venture.
· Identify SARFT potential opportunities through the relationships.
· Understand the customer internal organization & process and try to influence the purchasing criterion, standard, policies etc.
· Strategic activities in the customers including Joint lab, MOU, partnership.
· Communicate with internal different teams and gain the resource to support those activities.
· Achieve the sales target.
· Marketing promotion on Ericsson's Media products & solutions
· Be aware of competitors' sales, business development activities and strategies.
· Analyze all critical customer requirements, problems and escalate them if needed.
Qualifications
Master degree or above
· 15 years experiences in IT industry with 5+ years of SARFT/Media Technology experience
· Knowledge of sales, sales development or business development.
· A driving personality and a clear customer focused orientation
· Good English Skills
· Good communication skills and knowledge in technical and commercial matters.
· Strategic thinking
· Having the experience of Media Application Company and connection with SARFT Company is a plus.
