Job Description:

Conduct audit to ensure factory's compliance level meets company and customers compliance standards. Identify areas of improvements and work with factories to improve.

Job Requirement:

----Understanding factory compliance for major US retailers, experience of factory audit and be able to assess factory for existing and new business;

---- Familiar with China labor law conditions;

----Good interpersonal skills and team work, good communication, supervisory and management skills;

----Good analytical and problem solving skills;

----High level of integrity and business ethics;

----Proactive and self start;

---- Willing to travel, train factory get improvement;

---- Good at English and Computer;

---- Good communication skills with factory.
