1. 中文、新闻学、广告、经济管理类相关专业，大学本科以上学历；
2. 具有4A或全案广告公司三年以上相关专业经验有优先考虑；
3. 具有极强的沟通能力与创意能力；
4. 具有整体策划能力和品牌整合传播技巧，有成功的策划案例；
5. 具备高度的敬业和团队合作精神，有较强的责任心，工作细致负责，能够协助公司各类宣传策划方案的设计和撰写；
6. 具有出色的文字组织能力，独特的写作创造能力，文案功底扎实，文笔流畅；
7. 能够敏锐地把握宣传要点，具备恰如其分的文字展现能力，擅长写长篇文案及软文者优先。
