Process Quality Engineer JD:

1.Responsible for quality planning, trail-run verification, product audit and process audit during NPI.

负责新项目导入阶段的质量策划、试生产验证、产品审核和过程审核。

2.To create the Inspection Plan into MES/SAP system and disposal with defect part as well as receiving and releasing raw material and finish goods.

在SAP和MES系统中，建立质量检验计划、处理不合格品、接收和放行产品（包括原料、成品）等；

3.Deal with the quality issues during production process and organize cross function team to analyse the root cause and ask responsible department to take corrective action as well as to verify and follow up the effectiveness until it can be closed.

负责生产现场质量问题确认和处置，组织协调跨部门团队分析根本原因，并找出有效的纠正措施，并验证其有效性，直到问题关闭.

4.Microscope/cross section test; Mechanical/chemical parameter test. Based on incoming material.

金相性能检测；机械/化学（较少）性能检测.

5.To check the dimensions of trail run samples for verifying the new die.

 负责新设计模具的验收、确认检测工作。

6.Solve QN in SAP/MES system, block NOK material in SAP, support quality supervisor for internal quality issue.

SAP/MES中处理质量通知，不合格物料冻结，协助质量主管解决厂内质量问题；

7.Training/support operators for daily incoming material/ process/finished goods inspection, include FAI/LPI.

培训/支持生产部门来料检验/过程检验/成品发货检验，包括首末件检验；

8.Create/maintain SOP for test method/device.

检测方法/设备的SOP制定和维护，以及培训；

9. Lab inventory management, calibration management;

实验室设备台账，设备计量和校准管理；

10.SPC data collecting and analysis, MSA report prepare.

SPC数据收集和分析，MSA数据分析和改进。

11.Provide coil certificate and Final goods test reports to customer before delivery;

为客户提供成品发货检验报告和钢卷材质报告；

12.Support to solve customer quality issues, such as test method, material property if necessary, etc.

必要时协助客户解决产品质量异议，例如涉及检测方法，材料性能等；

13.Support to release equipment/ test samples in supplier site if necessary;

必要时到供应商处验证设备/产品放行；

14.Maintain lab equipment together with engineer form maintenance.

实验室设备配合维修团队进行日常维护；

15.other tasks from supervisor.

Skills/Education/Experience:

1.College degree or above;

大专及以上学历；

2.Minimum 3 years’ experience in lab of steel or automotive industry;

3年以上钢厂或汽车行业相关工作经验；

3.Knowledge of a wide array of quality inspection/sorting /gauging/measuring techniques, both visual and dimensional;

 丰富的质量检验/挑选/检测知识，包括外观和尺寸；

4.Good knowledge of MSA and SPC tools;

熟练使用MSA 和SPC等相关工具；

5.Knowledge of Blue Print Drawings/Schematics Preferred;

熟悉图纸者优先；

6.Good computer and English Skill.

良好的电脑操作技巧及英语技能；
