Title：产品开发专员

Report to : 产品经理

Location: 上海

岗位职责:

1、协助产品部经理开发MRO产品线，参与MRO产品的商务及技术谈判，以保证公司产品线能够有效地满足市场需求，并且根据客户要求不断发展及扩充产品线。

2、提供产品的市场调查，产品信息的完善并作好产品的市场宣传，以保持公司能提供有竞争力的产品和服务。

3、参与产品的选型以及技术资料的维护，负责产品样册的制作以及网站的设计。

4、为客户提供5-6条产品线的专业技术支持， 在产品售前、售中、售后阶段通过电话为客户提供技术支持，包括产品推荐、应用及问题解答。

5、在售后服务流程中进行故障分析并提供责任鉴定。

6、一线销售人员提供产品技术培训，帮助他们能够在客户端更好地服务客户。

任职要求：

1. 理工类大学及以上学历，英语良好，具有上海户口或长住上海地区。

2. 5年以上工厂工作经验或相关售前售后技术服务经验 ，熟悉工厂非生产性材料或备品备件物资及采购流程优先。

3. 至少需要熟悉以下MRO产品中的一项或几项，工具、安全安防、电气照明、仪器仪表、流体传动，能够为客户提供有效地现场支持。

4、配合公司新增产品计划，与产品经理和供应商密切合作。

5、良好的客户服务意识和表达沟通能力，能在压力下工作，具备团队精神

6、良好的学习能力，熟练运用电脑，能够适应经常性出差。
