职位描述
Title：产品开发工程师
Report to : 产品经理
Location: 上海
岗位职责:
1、协助产品部经理开发MRO产品线，参与MRO产品的商务及技术谈判，以保证公司产品线能够有效地满足市场需求，并且根据客户要求不断发展及扩充产品线。
2、提供产品的市场调查，产品信息的完善并作好产品的市场宣传，以保持公司能提供有竞争力的产品和服务。
3、参与产品的选型以及技术资料的维护，负责产品样册的制作以及网站的设计。
4、协调并配合公司其他部门，与供应商、客户建立有效的沟通渠道解决日常问题，如：供应商引进、客户现场产品技术支持。
5、负责公司内部对销售人员的相关产品培训,帮助他们能够在客户端更好地服务客户
6、在售后服务流程中进行故障分析并提供责任鉴定。
任职要求：
1. 抗压力强，可正视、乐观面对压力；
2、 认真、细心、负责；简单、友善；
3、 英文良好（听、说、读、写）；熟练使用Office办公软件。
4、 具有传动及流体、金属加工及焊接等领域的产品开发或者采购经验。
5. 至少需要熟悉以下MRO产品中的一项或几项，工具、安全安防、电气照明、仪器仪表、流体传动，能够为客户提供有效地现场支持。
6、配合公司新增产品计划，与产品经理和供应商密切合作。
7、良好的客户服务意识和表达沟通能力，能在压力下工作，具备团队精神
