1. Communication Maintain an effective working relationship with the joint venture partner's Production department All issues are communicated timely and smoothly, with reasonable outcome
2. Optimize the value of production Maintain effective systems to manage production issues on a day to day basis, including
? Entrance inspection of all incoming raw material
? Incoming QC and analysis
? Maintenance of correct quality standards and specification in the workshops
? FG quality standards are met
? Maintain QC tolerances and ensure QC effectively monitors and reports non conformances
? Maintain and develop operating procedures and work instructions for all key processes
Analysis of results and reporting and follow up of improvement initiatives
Maintain standards
? Selection styles
? Quality groups
? Selection rules
Decide calculation of yield report Production is smooth and FG are produced under correct standard
Standards are well documented
3. RM feedback Feed back system to VH Group production companies and raw material suppliers
? Make, analyze and report on issues through the weekly production results, and report monetary impact of quality or quantity of raw material not meeting optimal levels
? Maintain and follow up raw material feedback sheets to suppliers weekly
? Report periodically trends and developments in raw material quality and yield RM issues and trends of RM changing are reported correctly and timely.
4. Feed back to sales ? Make analysis and report to sales where product standards could affect sales
? Make analysis of new selection rules and specifications and the impact for sales Clear communication with sales for FG changes and issues
5. Planning Advice P&C on raw material planning, workshop allocation and processing plans
? Guide Planning and Control department to match raw material availability to workshop capacity and coordinate processing plans to achieve reliable production out put for sales RM are produced in right workshop with right sequence, which minimizes the changes in workshop and gives stable FG quality.
RM are processed within one year after arrival. Old stocks > 1year are inspected regularly
6. Logistics Management Responsible for the raw and finished goods inventory of the company including:
? Arrival condition and quantity
? Correct storage and product quality
? Identification and traceability
? Participate in stock take
? Availability for prompt shipment Issues of RM transportation are reported in time.
RM are stored in right condition
Processes in workshop insure the traceability of FG back to RM
Smooth yearly stock take with accurate result
7. People Management Manages production staffs; allocating work tasks, setting priorities, follow up supervision and training
Follow group policies
8. Specific projects To undertake specific projects at the direction of COO/PM
Education & Experience ? Full knowledge of natural casing production and products.
? Experience in a Production or Operations role are essential, while experience in a manufacturing environment in a food related industry, with international exposure, is preferred.
? At least 2 years relevant experience in a food or food related business, at a supervisor level, and have relevant background in factory management.
? Excellent command of English
