岗位职责：

1、记录、整理、分析工艺数据，为工艺设计提供依据。

2、总结、归纳、比较、分析工艺数据。优化生产工艺。

3、跟踪制作样品，对各项指标进行测试，并将测试结果交研发工程师确认。

4、研究设计加工作业方法，提高生产效率和产品质量；确保每款新品在保证质量合格的前提下，工艺为最优，单位时间产能为***。

5、配合技术工程师编制及指导新品完成后进入大生产首产的作业指导书，保证作业过程的规范操作。

6、会同生产工艺主管完成试生产，进入大生产前，提供标准的合理参考工艺，处理生产中出现的工艺问题。

7、ISO9000及TS16949等体系文件的相关管理及各种文件编制。

8、协助销售部回复客户提出的技术性问题，做好售前、售后服务。

任职资格：

1、大专以上学历，高分子材料或化工专业；

2、熟悉改性工程塑料生产工艺流程、工作原理；

3、熟练操作双螺杆挤出机，三年以上同行业工作经验；

4、有较强应变能力，有责任心，对人热情，具备良好的职业道德和团队合作精神，优秀的团队合作意识；
