Sourcing Manager

主要职责(Main Responsibilities):
1. Supply risk mitigation
1.1 Work with Category Leader to timely monitor and analyze suppliers in terms of financial status, on-time delivery, quality
issue, capacity constraint, EHS issue, business discontinuance, production process change, site change,etc.
1.2 Make up and implement risk mitigation plan including sourcing plan.
2. Proactively seeks areas for savings and value enhancement.
3. Work with related colleagues to resolve quality issues.
4. Assist to prepare annual budget.
5. Assist GP on RFP (Request for Price or Proposal) and other related projects.
6. Provide professional services to stakeholders (external vendors, internal colleagues, etc.) ？
7. As a department representative to be in charge of activities such as ISO14001, Safety, SOP, Training, etc. "
岗位要求( Qualification Requirements)：
1. 学历，专业要求(Education/Major)：University graduate with major in preparation chemistry, chemical industry, pharmacology, biology and administration of pharmaceuticals is a plus.
2. 工作经验(Working Experience)：5+ years relevant sourcing experience on direct materials in multi-national companies within pharmaceutical industry preferred.
3. 工作相关技能(Job-related Skills):
1.) Fluent written and good oral English.
2.) Be familiar with office software.
3.) Be familiar with GMP."
4. 能力要求(Competency Requirements):
1.) Ability to prioritize & solve problems independently.
2.) Demonstrated project management experience in developing project plans, and managing a project through completion to
successful implementation.
3.) Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with respective stakeholders and provide a high level of customer service.
