Primary objectives/general function:
主要工作目标和工作特点：
To plan and coordinate site management and engineering activities to ensure site services and processing equipment are installed and commissioned into full production to meet their specifications, within the contract schedule, budget and quality in a safe manner.
计划并协调现场管理和工程事务，确保现场设备和设施的安装与调试，使得整个现场工程满足技术规范，符合合同进度要求以及预算、质量和安全要求。
Responsibilities:
职责：
Report to Project Manager;
Ensure compliance with Dematic SMEP and Safe Work Method Statements;
Ensure compliance with Dematic Quality Manual;
Liaise with the client representatives and keep them informed of progress and schedule updates;
Liaise with the contractors to co-ordinate all services required on the relevant equipment;
Deal with daily affairs at site.
向项目经理报告；
确保符合德马泰克公司SEMP流程以及安全生产条例；
确保符合德马泰克公司质量标准；
与客户保持联系并及时报告项目进度；
与供应商保持联系并协调供应商的相关现场工作；
处理现场的日常事物；
Requirements:
要求：
University degree, preferably major in mechanical or industrial engineering;
Two to three years site management experience, logistic and auto-warehouse site prefer;
Management experience with strong interpersonal, decision-making and people skills;
Able to travel extensively;
大学本科，机械或工业工程专业优先；
二至三年现场管理经验，具有物流和自动化仓库经验的优先；
具有较强的人机协调和决策能力以及管理经验；
需要经常出差；
Competencies:

Strong and clear communication skills in written and verbal English;
Strong computer skills in MS office products;
