职位职能: 安全/健康/环境（SHE）工程师

职位目的：
负责协助SHE 经理完善公司安全、职业健康、环境、消防体系等；推进公司各项SHE管理制度和工具的执行力度

主要职责：
1. 协助SHE主管建立、实施、更新公司的SHE体系文件，使之符合相关法律法规的要求。
2. 负责生产现场监控的实施和落实，提出安全隐患以及解决方案。
3. 组织对员工安全行为进行不定期/定期检查，并完成不合格发现的跟踪与整改。
4. 参与新材料、新工艺、新设备引进过程的安全确认，持续开展风险识别、评估、整改、跟踪工作，制定安全提升方案，控制和降低风险。
5. 特殊作业许可管理（动火作业、高空作业、受限空间作业、热作业等）。
6. 协助SHE主管开展相关的安全培训，提高员工安全意识。
7. 组织进行SHE相关事故的事故调查，提出、推动和落实整改方案。
8. 完善工厂应急体系，构建紧急响应团队，提升团队成员业务能力，定期进行应急演练。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历。 安全工程、机械工程等相关专业。
2. 两年以上相关工作经验。
3. 良好的英语书写能力、口语能力。
4. 熟悉SHE管理体系（ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001）者优先考虑。
5. 细心、耐心、善于沟通。
