Primary objectives/general function 主要目标 / 一般职责:

· The Project Manager is responsible for the coordination of all activities associated with a project, from receipt of a customer order to the completion and hand-over of the project to the client and the service group. The Project Manager is to ensure that the project is built on time, within the agreed budget and to the agreed functionality.

从收到客户订单起到完成项目并转交给客户和售后服务，项目经理负责协调与项目有关的所有活动。在所认可的预算和认可的功能情况下，项目经理确保项目的按时完成。

· Success is measured in terms of economic results and customer satisfaction.

根据经济效益和客户满意度来评价项目经理的工作成效。

· The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring that the project is carried out in line with the Companies standard practices and procedures.

项目经理有责任确保项目是按照公司的标准工作流程进行实施的。

Key challenges/specific functions:

· Take Profit and loss responsibility for the project. Knows financial indicators and pro-actively manages them,

对项目负有增加利润减少损失的责任。 熟悉财务指标并能积极主动地管理项目财务

· Timely and accurate project reporting, timely revenue collection and cash flow planning

及时并精准的项目报告，及时的收款和现金流机会

· Manage project expansion and extension to the mutual benefit of the customer and our company.

· Reflect actions, opinions and feedback of customers actively and develop a strong customer relationship.

对客户有积极的回复，意见和反馈并能建立起很好的客户关系

· Provide recommendations and decisions to customers based on thorough understanding of customers business and operational environment.

在充分理解客户业务模式和运作环境后，能给客户提供建议

· Facilitate and monitor the use of appropriate subcontractors. Ensure clearly defined performance requirements.

推动并监控使用合适的分包商，能够清晰地定义性能需求

· Ensure appropriate staff planning and resource requirements are met with clear roles and responsibilities.

能提出适当的资源规划和需求，并清楚资源的利用和责任

· Ensure open, regular and effective communication with all project team members.

能与所有项目团队成员保持公开、经常、有效的沟通

· Estimate the project influences and risks and evaluate them financially. (e.g. economic, organizational, employee competencies, contract, acceptance criteria and change request criteria.)

· Define and communicate project targets to the appropriate cost account managers

· Ensure that regular status updates are reported from cost account managers

· Provide accurate and concise feedback on all aspects of completed project execution.

对所有完成的项目部分能提供准确且简明的反馈

· Proactively promoting innovation, improvements, risk identification and safety management

Key challenges/specific functions:

关键任务/ 专门职能：

· 8 years above experience in project and at least 3 years above project manager role experience, Logistic experience will be preferred
8年以上项目工作经验，其中至少3年以上项目经理职责经验，物流行业相关经验优先

· Bechelor Degree or similar background and prefer major in engineering or mechanical
本科或者相当学历，工程或者机械专业优先

· Knowledge in international engineering and project management systems
有国际项目管理系统经验

· Fulent English in both oral and written
口语及书面英语流利

· Good leadership and communication skills at all levels
有良好的领导力及沟通能力

· Quick learning ability, team spirit, negotiating, target-oriented in timely
有快速学历能力，良好的团队合作精神，以及时完成项目目标为导向

· Willing to travel frequently
