职位描述
Key tasks & main targets:
Win new projects and customers as well as new sites of existing clients in defined key accounts to increase market share, sales and profit
Convert projects with a high ratio into commercialized products
Build up sustainable, robust relationships with multiple contacts and departments with organizations and create an expert reputation at our clients by adding value to them and support to fulfill their goals
Traveling approximately 60% (3x a year participation in Sales meetings at Germany HQ in Munich)
Create and implement the Key Account-Business Plan respectively Area development plan with defined sales goals, strategic goals, measures and results
Assess market opportunities in agreement with Key Account Team, Sales Director and Product Management
Transfer market developments and market input on to the company, contribute to optimum pricing policies
Represent Schreiner Medipharm at tradeshows, congresses and meetings of other interest groups and build a robust network into those groups
Host and coordinate customer visits/customer audits at Fengpu as well as OSH
- Identify further potential that could be realized with customers in the context of existing but particularly also with additional / new product
Qualifications
Education
Diploma or master degree in Packaging Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or other related discipline.
Chinese mother tongue
English at least good in oral and written
Driver’s license
Experience
2 and more years’ experience as a Sales Manager or related role
Sales Experience in pharmaceutical or technical industries for products in need of explanation is a plus
Intermediate to advanced level of computer knowledge in the Microsoft Office Suites
