Job specification,

1、初步方案、扩初设计、施工图设计阶段建筑及室内设计专业设计；

2、分析和设计具体项目工程, 组织运作前期规划设计, 监督与管理开发过程中的设计问题设计指导、准备并绘制建筑设计图和效果图；

3、协助规划项目方案，进行项目协调，明确有关具体工程项目的信息指标；

4、在项目进行期间现场指导，确保项目符合建筑设计计划书；

5、对公司建成项目的建筑及室内设计设计进行跟踪评价；

6、.完成上级安排的其他工作。

Key qualification,

1、建筑学专业统招本科以上学历；

2、2-5年以上设计院工作经验，主要参与过1个以上中大型项目的设计工作；

3、熟练掌握设计工作的业务知识与系统操作，具有较强的组织协调及沟通能力；

4、熟悉国家及地方各项设计规范和相关法规，熟悉建筑构造作法和材料运用；
