1． 主要负责工业工程的泵站结构设计（总程结构设计，而不是零部件设计）

岗位要求 ：
1． 看懂液压原理图，熟悉液压原理；会CAD或PRO/E软件

2． 1年以上的工作经验，有阀块，泵站结构设计的工作经验

3． 大专以上学历，流体传动与控制相关专业优先

4． 英文CET-4，英文读写熟练

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Conduct Block and HPU product design, provide technical and expertise support to production line, and collaborate with customers to ensure fulfillment of customers’ needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A. Conduct Block design by creating Block drawings and Block Assembly drawings with Pro/E and CAD based on schematic provided by Application Engineers
B. Conduct part design, and create unit and valve station drawings for HPU products
C. Create BOM list for entry into MFG
D. Assist in production, testing, and calibration through creating test guidelines
E. Complete the registration application in MFG for new materials
F. Support Application Engineers in quotation by conducting total cost analysis
G. Provide technical support in testing in production line
H. Collaborate with clients in confirmation of final designs
I. Double-check the design work of peer engineers for continuous quality improvement
J. Other work as business needs
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
1、Bachelor’s Degree in Fluid Control and automation, Hydraulics, Mechatronics, Mechanics, and other related areas
2、2-5 years of hydraulics related working experience
3、Understandings of Hydraulics Schematic
4、Ability to utilize computer software, including Pro/E, CAD, and Windows Office, to conduct design work
5、Smooth communications with a variety of internal departments and external customers
6、Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting capability
7、Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles
