HR Intern（VISA）

Expatriate employment

To provide response to all kinds of HR related enquires and assist in expat staff relocation process until onboarding

To follow up with the required documents for the purpose of visa application, CRB and filing; Be responsible for preparing foreign-related paper works, such as residence permit and work permit for foreign employees.

Responsible for whole process of expert certificate and visa of new expat candidates and annual renewal of existing expat staff and keep record of the visa cost ·

To handle expat staff onboarding process by collecting required HR documentation, signing contract and issuing staff handbook, etc.

Filing and database Administration ·

Responsible for expat employee Personnel file and make sure all files are updated with all requested documents.

To provide data to other team members when necessary

Experience / Knowledge

Communication ability to well explain all HR related policies.

Good understanding and reasonable knowledge of employment law stipulations

Strong communication skill in English

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in relevant subject (or equivalent)

Relevant experience of working in HR or Administration field is preferred.
