职位描述
Reports To: AP VP
Business Division: Aftermarket
Location: Shanghai, China
Key Accountabilities:
? Responsible for the developing, documenting, and executing an overall AP comprehensive logistics and distribution strategic plan which will drive optimal customer service and profitability.? Manage and optimize a AP supply chain logistics network with multiple distribution centers.
? Ensure all regulatory and compliance measures are met within regional and global guidelines.
? Identify and implement best in class WMS technology, infrastructure suitable to the scope and size of the business along with disciplines that underlie a supply chain operation.
? Develop implementation of distribution best practices such as systems integration and optimization, inventory control, demand planning, and SKU optimization.
? Drive operational excellence and best practices across the network cost improvement year over year.
? Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
? Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.
? Diagram supply chain models to help facilitate discussions with customers
? Analyze information about supplier performance or procurement program success.
? Design or implement supply chains that support business strategies adapted to changing market conditions, new business opportunities, or cost reduction strategies.
? Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, production, or quality assurance.
? Manage activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing, or receiving.
? Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service.
? Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost or quality.
Qualifications
? University degree in Business or related field
? 10+ years of related working experience and 5+ years of team management experience
? Demonstrated ability of managing cost performance, supply/demand forecasting & distribution execution across a variety of product lines from multiple sources
? Capacity to build relationships internally & externally
? In depth knowledge of key supply chain/logistics processes & current best practices.
? Flexibility to seek & incorporate input from others into the plan/solid track record for effectively managing/developing a team
? Ability to travel
? Proven ability to adapt and manage effectively in faced paced changing environment
? Solid business acumen accompanied by interpersonal savvy
? Team oriented leadership skills
? Superior communication, presentation and analytical skills
