· Utilize customer insights, market data and other available tools to develop,maintain
& deploy Diesel product strategy in AP to ensure market relevance and support business growth
· Define top-level product pricing strategy for region, utilizing relevant global and regional pricing management tools and resource, and work with sales team to define & implement pricing strategy for category at a country-level, ensuring market competitiveness and margin optimization
· Define category range requirements and ensure communication of needs to global product line management team.
· Adapt suitable communications, material & information around category in the region to build category awareness.
· Work with global team and cross-functional teams to develop new products in line

with the product strategy
· Work with sales team in definition of complete regional AP promotion plan

Qualifications

• Have a good mastery of English as working language

• Proven experience in a product management and good know-how of Diesel products and industry

• Ability to work in multi-functional teams within a matrix organization

• Understanding of business drivers, financial drivers & metrics to produce agreed upon results
• Able to provide strategic & operational expertise to drive business results

• Project & Change Management – Demonstrable ability to develop & facilitate projects, within given parameters
• Business or Engineering Degree is desirable
