• Act as the purchasing partner internally in the company, responsible for purchasing of assigned indirect materials and service including Capex, MRO, facility expenditures, office supplies, fleet management and professional service etc.
  
• Identification, screening and sourcing of suppliers. Act on pricing benchmarking & negotiation and supplier selection. 
• Propose contracting solutions or alternative suppliers to the internal stakeholders.
• Manage planning and tracking of indirect purchasing activities, cost budgets and savings forecasts.
  
• Initiate and implement cost-out programs and/or processes without compromise on quality and service etc.
  
• Execute purchasing initiatives and strategies for indirect materials and services.
  
• Collaborate with global and regional indirect purchasing teams in terms of category strategy and supplier network and practice sharing.
  
• Ensure availability of materials and service, ensure continuation of company operation together with internal stakeholders.
  
• Ensure the purchasing activities is well conducted according to policies and procedures of Sulzer group and in the company.

• Bachelor’s degree or above, good English skill both in written and oral.
  
• 3 years or above experience in indirect sourcing and purchasing.
• Familiar to relevant market, especially on PV, pump, valve, instrumentation and installation etc..
• Good negotiation and communication (external and internal) skills.
• Good awareness of commercial practice and contract law.
