• Act as the procurement expert, responsible for the sourcing of assigned products and materials including pressure vessels, tower, mixer, Instruments, pump, motor and valves etc..
  
• Accountable for the whole sourcing procedure from supplier qualification, supplier development, RFx and contract negotiation with collaboration of internal peers like Quality, APT, PM, ENGG and Production etc..
  
• Accountable to the overall performance of the suppliers in terms of supplier quality, on time delivery, price competitiveness, service and sustainability etc..
  
• Proactively working with sales, APT and PM to identify the demand in pipeline and long-term business plan, establish procurement strategy to ensure the availability of competent and competitive suppliers.
  
• Support sales in winning of customer project by providing competitive and effective supplier proposals during project tendering process.
  
• Sensitive in cost structure and make effort on continuous cost reduction by using tools and established procurement strategy.
  
• Align with advance procurement to fulfill overall supplier matrix optimization and consolidation.
  
• Work out the best contracting proposal and smoothly handover to buyers in project execution.
  
• Ensure the procurement activities is well conducted according to policies and procedures of Sulzer group and the company.
  

• Bachelor’s degree or above, good English skill both in written and oral.
  
• 4+ years of related experience in gases, energy, petrochemical or other relevant industries.
  
• Familiar to relevant market, especially on PV, pump, valve, instrumentation and installation etc..
  
• Strong negotiation and communication (external and internal) skills.
  
• Good awareness of commercial practice and contract law.
