Responsibilities：

1. Support line manage to design facility layout, including material flow, to maximum production while eliminating or reduce waste;
2. Support to create, trace, and update production process document, and verify the production process, including standard lead time and indirect material consumption;
3. Support to coordinate issues in production process, including design issue and quality issue ;
4. Support to develop and improve production toolings and fixture;
5. Support quality department to improve and finalize quality document ; 
6. Attend new employee training, OJT, and performance review and Continues Improvement Program;
7. Follow company policy and arrange task, vacation, and overtime ;
8. Finish job assigned by line manager.

Requirements：

1. Education: Bachelor Degree in system engineering, industrial, electrical, mechanical or manufacturing engineering preferred;
2. Experience: Team leader is prefer;
3. Be familiar with Microsoft Office Software, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project;
4. Be familiar with mechanical design Software or equivalent, such as AutoCAD, or SolidWorks;
5. Language：Basic English reading and writting skills;
6. Be responsible and can cooperation between different functional departments.
