岗位职责：
1、制定艾森一年内的发展计划，使得艾森的净利润最大化
2、细分行业市场，制定当年运营计划及目标，调整团队，积极完成既定目标。
3、建立人才梯队，做好企业梯队建设。确保企业的有序快速进取。
4、带领并指导公司团队。积极配合，确保艾森营销体系的完善，提供优质产品，并完成公司目标。
5、协调并指导各部门工作，对各部门绩效实施有效考评，协助各部门完善并改进工作质量及效率。
6、协调沟通公司内外部协作事务，确保运营体系的质量及效率。建立强有力的企业文化保障团队的向心力。
7、规划各部门绩效考核办法，帮助各部门了解工作重点，学习并弥补工作缺失，提升部门战斗力。
8、激发公司成员积极进取的学习态度，指导团队成员勇于承担责任，实现企业与个人的共同成长。
9、制定并执行当年公司财务预算规划，确保公司运营成本控制。
10、积极开拓市场份额，力求实现公司营业额逐年增长。
11、积极寻求成本控制管理办法，努力保障公司盈利的实现
岗位要求：
1、本科（五年工作经验含两年相同管理岗位经验）； 大专（八年工作经验含三年相同管理岗位经验）
2、外语专业、工商管理、市场营销
3、沟通能力强，有一定文字功底, 具备流利的英语听、说、读、写水平。
4、办公软件操作熟练
5、从事展览展示工作8年以上
