MAIN JOB DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责

• Performance evaluation for finished production. Including establishing standard testing method for sterilized/implanted medical device, and measurement system analysis for the standard testing method. Especially the YY0285“single use intravascular medical device”

• Qualification for key and major components, package performance research and analysis, raw material and material supplier’s quality control.

• Responsible for software evaluation and validation according to related regulatory under NMPA.

• Lead product quality control plan and implementation. Delivering the IQC/PQC/FQC document and inspection station deployment plan. Dealing with NC and CAPA status, responsible for customer’s feedback and trouble shooting.

• Data analysis for the manufacture production line，monthly/annually risk management for the post market production, production tendency analysis and prediction.

• Translate the related ISO/YY/ GB regulatory and standard into internal guideline, to ensure the internal process and flowchart could match the external requirement.

• Reviewing DHR record， make sure the traceability and integrity of the DHR record before releasing the finished goods to warehouse.

• Sample size statistical research and sample size justification for design verification，process validation，and daily inspection.

• Lead PQ activity（performance qualification）at the design transfer stage for special process validation.

• 产品性能评价工作，包括无菌/植入器械测试方法的新建和优化，方法的有效性验证。产品的设计验证和关键主要部件验证，负责YY0285一次性血管内使用无菌导管相关产品的评价工作。

• 产品包装性能的研究和分析，原材料的性能和供应商质量体系评价。

• 根据软件合规性的要求，对医疗器械开展评价和确认工作。

• 产品的日常常规控制，包括进货检验，过程检验，出厂检验文件的制定和检验点的合理设置，不合格评审和纠正预防措施的处理，顾客投诉的处理和解决。

• 产品的数据分析，产品的年度风险管理，产品的性能趋势分析。

• 产品相关的国际/国内标准和法规的解读和转换，应用于产品的合规性和符合性。

• 产品批记录的审核，保证产品批记录的的可追溯性和完整性，并维护产品的放行。

• 设计验证，过程确认，日常检验的样本量统计学研究和规则制定。

• 关键和特殊工序的过程确认，主导过程确认的PQ部分。

• Bachelor’s degree with 2-year experience, or Master’s degree fresh graduated in relevant field.
• Experience for QA ，design and development for sterilized medical device，familiar with the deliverables for different stages.
• Design testing jig &gauge，co-work with design for product evaluation.
• 本科以上学历，2年相关工作经验；或硕士以应届毕业生。
• 菌医疗器械的QA相关设计开发经验，熟悉设计开发各个阶段的文档。
• 确认研发测试需求，开发测试工装夹具用于评价产品。
• Familiar with quality tools such as FMEA or MSA to help project for production and data analysis.
• Experience with medical device development and familiarity with ISO 13485，YY0287 and GMP of medical device.
• Reading & written in English for daily and tech communication.
• 熟悉使用FMEA和MSA等质量工具对项目组的产品和数据进行分析。
• 熟悉ISO 13485，YY0287和医疗器械生产质量规范内的设计开发流程。
• 英文的读写能力和日常和技术交流。
