Working Place 

This position will be based in Shanghai 

Reporting Line

This position will report to General Manager

Function & Responsibilities

• Develop general marketing strategy based on the medium-long term local business focus and dynamic local market landscape;    
• Establish annual marketing budget, set up annual marketing focus, and execute annual marketing plan as per to the approved budget;
• Plan, organize and implement the national marketing events (exhibitions, congresses, seminars, workshops, distributor meeting, product launch roadshows, etc) with the involvement of relevant departments;
• Work together with the product & application team to carry out the centralized national trainings for partners;
• Create and maintain multi-dimensional marketing promotion channels; 
• Work together with regional sales manager to establish regional marketing strategy;
• Conduct market studies and analyze the market share, market volume, etc
• Collect marketing intelligence and monitor the marketing trends of competitors;
• Create and manage the related marketing materials (brochures, catalogs, flyers, poster, multi-media materials, marketing gifts, etc);
• Communicate with the headquarter branding departments regarding the general branding compliance with the company polices and guidelines;
• Other works assigned by company.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor degree, preferable in business, marketing or related major

Experience

• Minimum 2 years working experience in marketing role, preferable in medical device industries  

 Capabilities

• Fluent spoken and written English
• Self-motivated, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a good team player
• Well organized, proactive, initiative, analytics, good presentation & writing skills 
• Project management skills
• Creative, open minded & multi-task
• Good computer Office skills, Adobe Photoshop (or similar) skills are plus 
• Professional business ethics
