5.培训绩效追踪以改善培训内容；

岗位要求

1.熟悉葡萄酒知识；

2.熟悉培训技巧及培训工作的相关流程；

3.具备较强的企业分析能力和课程研发能力、良好的演讲能力，思维敏捷；

4.形象端正、良好的英语听说能力。
