1.负责培训、招聘工作，协助团队成员提升工作能力。

2.负责团队建设和员工关系，打造优秀的团队文化，在一线团队中宣贯和传导企业文化。

3.协助直属上级及各业务的员工发展、人才发掘、能力培养等方面的工作。

4.负责员工的入职，离职等情况进行统计和分析，完善离职流程，汇总统计和分析离职数据，降低人员流失率。

5.完成其他日常人事工作，协调外部相关单位和公司内部各部门之间的人事关系等

6. 协助总经理完成一些其它的日常工作等。

7.协助并组织规划公司的各项娱乐活动、外联活动、团队建设活动、年会活动等。

任职要求：

1. 大学专科及以上学历，英语四级，有一定的英语口语能力。

2.有人力资源相关系统的使用经验者优先。

3. 优秀的语言表达及沟通能力，协调能力，亲和力和明锐的洞察能力和分析判断力。

4. 较强学习能力，主动性和责任心，良好的抗压能力和团队合作精神。
