Your role
- Work in partnership with Managing Director and management team to understand future business objectives and develop local HR strategies and solutions.
- Translate the business needs to actionable HR plans and ensure the implementation in Shanghai office. Ensure that a high-quality HR service is provided to meet business objectives.
- Work closely with business line managers providing expert HR guidance on a variety of HR matters.
- Provide input into localization of corporate programs to suit local business environment, keeping up to date on all local employment legislation and advising as appropriate on changes to local legislative requirements.
- Ensure that recruiting, on boarding and retention processes, attract and retain the talent needed to meet business objectives.
- Partner with all team managers to sustain effective performance management, ensure employee development for continual growth.
- Work with team leaders to ensure that engaging career development plans are developed and implemented for all employees.
- Solve key employee issues which might pose a significant risk to the business and organization.
- Train and develop HR team members, lead HR team to continuously improve professional skills.
- Works with Great China team to roll out global HR programs or initiatives. Enhance the company culture and drive the employee engagement.
Your talent
- Bachelor’s degree or above, 8-10 years of working experience of full HR functions, preferably in marketing and advertising agency community.
- Ability to demonstrate good judgment, effective influencing skills, and strong assessment and analytical skills.
- Strong organization skills and a good communicator who can effectively engage different levels of colleagues.
- Business-oriented and self-motivated professionals.
- Cultural competency that enables effective working relationships.
- Effectively bilingual in spoken and written Chinese and English.
