岗位职责 Job Responsibilities：

1、根据公司未来发展规划，制定名华全球人才发展规划；

According to the company's future development plan, formulate Minghua's global talent development plan;

2、搭建完整的国际化人才发展和培养体系，包括国际化人才的胜任力模型和素质模型，人才甄选与评估体系、培养体系等；

Establish a complete international talent development and training system, including competency and quality models for international talents, talent selection and evaluation systems, training systems, etc.

3、组织制定国际化人才的职业发展通道以及相关配套机制；

To organize and formulate the career development channels  and related supporting mechanisms for international talents;

4、制定关键岗位继任计划；

Develop succession plans for key positions;

5、负责人才培养的实施与人才池管理，推动和管理各分子公司人才培养计划；

Responsible for the implementation of talent training and talent pool management, and promote and manage the talent training programs of various molecular companies;

6、建立人才的跨国轮岗及培养机制；

Establish a transnational rotation and training mechanism for talents;

7、完成上级交代的其他工作。

Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

岗位要求 Job Requirements：

1、本科及以上学历，人力资源或心理学相关专业优先；

Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources or psychology is preferred;

2、具有十年及以上人力资源管理或咨询管理工作经验，其中五年及以上人才发展经理类职务经历，汽车行业相关经验优先；

With ten years or more of human resource management or consulting management work experience, including five years or more of talent development manager position experience, relevant experience in the automotive industry is preferred;

3、具备胜任力建模能力、人才测评能力、人才盘点能力、培训能力；

Have competency modeling capabilities, talent assessment capabilities, talent inventory capabilities, and training capabilities;

4、思维逻辑性强、善于变通及沟通、具备较强推动力和执行力等。

Strong logical thinking, good at adaptability and communication, strong driving force and execution ability, ect.

5、英语听说读写熟练，能作为工作语言；

Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, and can be used as a working language;

6、能够接受国内外出差。

Able to accept business trips at home and abroad.
