Job Summary / 工作摘要:

  

Responsible for smooth operation of import & export procedure and compliance of processing trade

  

 

  

Main Duties and Responsibilities / 主要职责范围:

  

• Responsible for Customs Ruling of all goods

• Monthly check and report customs book balance situation, ensure customs data matches warehouse data

• Communicate with government authorities (Customs, CIQ, SAFE etc.) to guarantee smooth operation of import & export goods process

• Communicate with customer or agent to guarantee smooth operation of goods dispatch process

• Overall control customs book establish and cancellation

• Follows up KPI, sets up improvement actions and takes implementation

   

  Job Qualifications / 岗位要求:

• Academic qualification:

• Academic graduate or above

  
  

• Language:

• CET 4 or above

  Professional knowledge:  

  Import/Export and Transportation expertise - to be well versed with relevant laws/rules and requirements, trade compliance methodologies, customs HTS classification, valuation. Strong understanding of International& domestic air, ocean and ground freight.

  Skills:

• Good knowledge of processing trade

• Good communication skills

• Good command of spoken & written English; Excellent in Ms Office

• He or she will get the priority if he or she have the certificate of related area

• Initiative, independent working capability

• Good team work spirit
