岗位职责和描述:

Job responsibilities and description:

 

-      根据公司装配工作说明， 组装机械部件，安装完成后要仔细的核对图纸确保工作的质量;

Assemble the mechanical parts according to the work instruction and drawings, and check the drawing carefully after assembly work to ensure the work quality;

 

-      根据实际情况需要，对产品进行焊接修补作业，如气孔，咬边等，需持焊工操作证；

According to the actual situation, need to do some welding repair work, need to hold the welder operating certificate;

 

-      装配工作占工作时间比例为80%，焊接修补占比20%

Assembly work accounts for 80% of working hours, welding repair accounts    for 20%

 

-      日常工作中，做好5S,维护工作区域环境的安全和整洁，保证在工作中使用的机械部件，各种辅料有序安装和放置;

In the daily work, do 5S to maintain the safety and cleaned working environment, ensure that the mechanical parts and various accessories are installed and placed in an orderly manner;

 

-      正确使用工具和采用正确的工作方式，杜绝材料浪费;

Proper use of tools and proper working methods to eliminate material waste;

 

-      完成上级领导交代的其他工作。
