Role Summary:

Engineering focus and lead the engineering work on the customer development projects  

专注技术,领导客户项目的工程设计工作  

Be an expert on Avire products and technology, have the capability to develop products based on customer feedback. 精通欧捷的产品和技术,有能力根据客户反馈开发产品  

Be the key points of contact for the development they are leading and for the engineering work within the organization.

 在公司内,成为其主导的客户项目的内部联系人  

  1. High capability to capture customer requirement较强的客户需求捕捉能力

  2. High capability to translate customer requirement to solution拥有把客户需求转化为解决方案的能力

  3. Lead the new products/ solution development主导新产品/解决方案的开发

  4. Provide the pre technical support to help sales to increase the revenue. 提供前期技术支持,帮助增加销

  5. Travel and meeting with customers required.需要出差拜访客户。

          

Role Responsibilities:

  • Visit customer and understand customer requirement 拜访客户,了解客户需求
  • Be responsible for the pre technical support of sales department. working together with sales to translate customer requirement to solution.

       负责销售部的前期技术支持与销售人员合作,将客户需求转化为解决方案

  • Make the proposal/ solution according to customer requirement

       根据客户要求提出建议/解决方案  

  • Provide the professional consultant service to help customer optimize the product selection.提供专业的咨询服务,帮助客户优化产品选择
  • Create the product demo, presentations according to customer requirement.

      根据客户要求制作产品演示、演示文稿。

  • Provide the pre-technical support to help sales win the opportunities

    提供前期技术支持,帮助销售人员赢得销售机会 

  • Research the new technology and communicate with sales and marketing departments

    研究新技术并与销售和市场部门沟通

  • Take the leadership to drive the new products/ new solution development

    主导新产品/新解决方案的开发      

  • act as a liaison between marketing and sales team to facilitate the new products development, field trial and delivery the new products onto market. 

       作为市场和销售团队之间的联络人,协助新产品的开发、现场试验和新产品的投放市场。

  • Other Sales activities / responsibilities: 其他销售活动/职责:    

    • Attend monthly Marketing i120 meeting参加月度营销新产品研讨会议

    • Attend sales & marketing meetings as required根据需要参加销售和营销会议

    • Attend the engineering meeting where required必要时参加技术部门会议

        

Qualification Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree, IT, IoT or engineering background. Industrial background, elevator industry experience preferred but not required. 本科学历IT、物联网或工业行业工程背景,有电梯行业经验优先,但不强制要求

  • More than 5 years of technical implementation / operation and maintenance / testing experience in the B2B industry. Relevant experience of smart city, IoT, AI is preferred. 5年以上B2B行业技术实施/操作和维护/测试经验,有智慧城市、物联网、人工智能相关经验者优先。  

  •  Experience in software and hardware integration test or solution verification is required, especially if there is additional engineering construction knowledge.  具备工程知识背景, 需要软件和硬件集成测试或解决方案验证方面的经验。     

  •  Familiar with Linux command operation, at least 3 years working in Linux environment. Familiar with storage, server, virtualization and other related knowledge, familiar with camera, access control, gate and other hardware equipment is preferred.  熟悉Linux命令操作,至少3年在Linux环境下工作。熟悉存储、服务器、虚拟化等相关知识,熟悉摄像头、门禁、门禁等硬件设备优先。           

  •  Proficient in network knowledge, such as switches, routers and other equipment, bandwidth calculation, etc., and mastering conventional network troubleshooting methods.  精通网络知识,如交换机、路由器等设备、带宽计算等,掌握常规网络故障排除方法。    

  • Those who have a certain programming foundation (Python / shell script development ability) are preferred, and those who are familiar with restful interface and common databases (Mongo / Oracle / MySQL, etc.) are preferred.   有一定的编程基础(Pythonshell脚本开发能力)者优先,熟悉REST接口和公共数据库(MunG/OracleMySQL等)者优先。   

  • Have good communication ability, be able to communicate with users independently, fully understand the meaning of customers' words, have certain emotional control ability and pressure resistance ability; 具有良好的沟通能力,能够独立与用户沟通,充分理解客户话语的含义,具有一定的情绪控制能力和抗压能力         

  • Have strong logical thinking ability and independent thinking ability Have strong learning ability, be able to quickly learn business knowledge and industry knowledge and keep a positive and open attitude to innovation. 具有较强的逻辑思维能力和独立思考能力,学习能力强,能够快速学习商业知识和行业知识,对创新持积极开放的态度。
