MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

• Responsible for trouble shooting for line shut down, provide professional support to maintenance, PLC logical procedure man-machine interface HMI and maintenance technology, reduce fault caused equipment of down.
• Quick response and implement the solution for major fault.
• Maintain the new project electrical standard equipment, work with team to examination and acceptance for the new assembly line.
• Work with team to establish the spare parts requirements and inventory record.
• Guide field maintenance personnel for maintenance activities, assist PM planner perfect maintenance regularly plan, enhance equipment performance.
• Work with team to analysis the failure mode from product quality level, provide technical support to find the root cause and solve it.
• Coordinate the  training for maintenance personnel direct at their technical skill.

KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求

• Familiar with electric control system, electrical safety system and sensing device (Servo system, Vision System, Tighten System, etc.).
• Familiar with Control Logix 5000, Compact Logix, Siemens S7 series PLC control system.
• Familiar with Ethernet, Device net, Profibus, Net Control network architecture connection.
• Ability to develop and optimize AB HMI and SIEMENS HMI system.
• Ability to read the electric drawing written by EURO & American standard.
• Basic knowledge for Robot. (Staubli / Fanuc, etc.)
• Good computer skills in office software.
• Good English skills in written and speak.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求

• Educational: University degree in electronic / electrical engineering or related.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 Year experience working within a specialized automotive manufacturing environment
• Experience in programming PLC’s, especially Rockwell / Siemens.
• Experience with electrical device controllers.
