Responsibilities:

1. Execute sales activities directly or through designated dealers;

2. Manage sales planning and reporting, define sales targets with Professional Superior and monitor sales performance;

3. Plan and execute strategies with the Professional Superior to motivate and enhance sales;

4. Be responsible for the monthly and annual sales targets for all kinds of Liebherr machines in China defined by the management of LMS;

5. Manage and coordinate with other team members on the cooperation with key accounts, agents and distributors;

6. Develop and maintain a smooth relationship with key process partners, such as Sales Administration, RSMs and Service Managers, Finance Department etc.;

7. Coordinate with after-sales service actively under any circumstance;

8. Support product promotional activities, i.e. trade shows / exhibitions, advertisements etc.;

9. Observe the market and its development, provide market analysis and reports to the Professional Superior;

10. Communicate with product management of LMD and LMS to define common action plan to improve the sales;

11. Develop and maintain a smooth relationship with professional associations and advertisement sources;

12. Provide training and coaching for key accounts when required.

 

Requirements:               

1. Bachelor degree or above;

2. At least 3-5 years working experience in sales/marketing for excavators and trucks;

3. Knowledge of sales and service process in machinery industry;

4. Be familiar with earthmoving and mining equipment;

5. Be familiar with marketing of heavy industrial product in China;

6. Fluent Chinese and good English in speaking and writing.
