职位描述
Key Accountabilities主要职责:
- Establish & maintain an excellent client relationship with existing and potential clients;
- Observe the market and its development; provide market analysis and reports on competitors' development;
- Identify and evaluate new market and new target clients in Mainland China;
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and bids for transparent rolling forecast. Provide regular updates;
- Assist in the formulation of Chinese market entry strategy and partner selection;
- Maintain daily / operative communication with regional sales agents;
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company success;
- Elaborate offers & perform bid related project management;
- Coordinate legal review of customer contracts and add necessary comments;
- Process contract negotiations;
- Calculate offers & order intake;
- Capable to deliver profound presentations to customers, authorities and partners;
- Analyze monthly sales and payment performances;
- Support product promotional activities, i.e. trade shows / exhibitions, advertisements formulizing of target group oriented newsletters, etc;
- Collect market information, perform detailed research, review business opportunities and anticipate potential customer demand;
- Report results to the local Head of Sales / Director Business Development;
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior.
Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求
Bachelor degree or above;
Business Administration, Trading, Marketing, Engineering or comparable professional field;
Sales, communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
At least 5 years working experience in marketing & sales of railway;
Ability to explore and understand customers’ expectations and requirements;
Be familiar with the market and competitors in China;
Knowledge about customs and foreign trade terms;
Good technical understanding;
Basic knowledge of cost calculation structure and cost structure of the offered equipment;
Fluent English in speaking and writing;
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
Proficient computer skills, be able to create and deliver PPT independently;
Capable to work out offers in word and in excel in order to elaborate the overall offer;
Responsibility and service orientation;
Strong communication and coordination skills;
Action oriented focus, active communication;
Strong team spirit and learning capability;
Cross-cultural competence is an asset.
