Responsibilities:

  

1. Perform test, repair, modification and overhaul activities on aircraft components;

2. Comprehend basic schematic diagrams in order to analyze the test results and be able to diagnose the failure(s);

3. Follow all work procedures of QA and Repair Shop;

4. Operate the equipment / machines safely in workshop, perform and record daily maintenance;

5. Use the tools and fixture safely used in workshop, perform and record daily maintenance;

6. Daily maintenance of the repair tools and equipment;

7. Fill in all maintenance documents related to work performed;

8. Use the company’s ERP system in relation to work document generation, parts ordering, and certifying processes on the work performed;

9. Report any quality issue to supervisor and quality department;

10. Assist in the development of the civil aviation components / piece parts repair capability;

11. Optional: perform machining on parts which need rework refer to relevant technical publications, repair manuals.

                     

Requirements:

  

1. Specialized Secondary Schools or above;

2. Mechanical manufacturing, mechanical and electrical applications, mechanical design and automation or related major;  Flight Vehicle Design and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related major;

3. 3-5 years work experience

4. Experience in civil aviation component repair or part rework is preferred;
5. Read and understand mechanical drawings;
6. Optional: CNC machine programming
7. Well-versed in MS Office;
8. Skills of the repair tools and IMTE;
9. Optional: programming skills of CNC machine;
10. Optional: operation of Machines such as Grinding, Milling, Drilling, Etc.;
