Responsibilities:

1. 参与建立及优化生产概念、规划及布局；

Realize and optimize production concept, planning and layout;

2. 建立并不断优化生产工艺及流程； 

Establish and continuously improve and optimize production documents/protocols for production and inbound logistics process;

3. 主导新产品生产导入及生产内部协调、流程风险分析、验证及确认等；

Undertake the CFT – production of New Product Introduction and Is responsible for internal coordination, process risk management, process verification and validation, etc;

4. ERP实施、生产和物料数据建立及维护、以及担当ERP的本地核心用户；

Roll out ERP system, Create and maintain production and material related data and take the role of local key user of ERP;

5. 负责生产和内部物流的持续精益改善，达成公司对质量、交货期及成本的要求；

 Lead continuous Lean improvement for production and internal supplier chain to reach the targets of quality, delivery, and cost;

6. 负责生产订单执行和管理；

In charge of order handling and management;

7. 员工管理、指导和培训；

Manage, develop and coach employees;

8. 公司赋予的其他职责。

Rrequirements:

1. 工业工程、机械、电气等相关专业，本科以上学历；

Bachelor’s degree or above of major in relevant Industrial Engineering, Mechanical engineering, or Electronics, etc.

2. 有生产线布局、新生产工艺和流程构建、新生产导入、员工管理和培训经验者优先；

Experience in establishing new production concept and layout, structuring new production process and procedure, introducing new production from development phase or from scratch, training and managing on-floor employee is a PLUS;

3. 铁路和城轨空调通风设备、液压系统或相关领域和行业的工作经验是非常大的优势；

Work experience in the ventilation and air-condition system, hydraulic system, or related system of  high-speed railway and urban rail system is a strong ADVANTAGE;

4. 熟练掌握精益改善工具及六西格玛工具，有5年以上相关工作经验；

Proficiency in Lean and 6 sigma Improvement Toolkit with over 5 years of relevant working experience;

5. 熟悉 ERP系统,有Infor ERP使用经验尤佳；

Knowledge of ERP system, Infor ERP experience is plus;

6. 结果导向流程分析知识；

Knowledge of result-oriented process approach;

7.  熟练运用AutoCAD, MS office等计算机工具；

Solid computer skills including CAD and Microsoft office;

8.能熟练运用中文和英文。

Chinese native preferred, but good command of English mandatory.
