· VFX或TVC项目制作经验，至少5年的职位经验

· 对与CG渲染和合成有关的技术有很好的了解

· 高水平的广告的合成系统经验

· 具有出色的视觉效果技术知识，具有视觉创意和组织能力

· 在Flame中完成镜头拼接和合成

· 精通Autodesk Flame

· 熟悉跟踪软件

· 熟悉Sapphire Sparks/ Matchbox

· 熟悉颜色管理流程，掌握ACES在TVC中的应用

· 了解Nuke为加分项

· 注重细节，能承受在交片压力下工作
