Part A:    Overall Responsibility

This position will be responsible for packaging development on J&J consumer products, mainly on saving projects for Dabao, Neutrogena, Ogx and other brands in China, but also keep communication with AP regional team, to fully deliver the packaging saving target. He also responsible for sustainability projects and other work that line manager assigned to him to fully meet business needs.

Part B:    Principal Responsibilities (Maximum of 8 bullet points)

·         Responsible for identified critical CIP, sustainability and other projects’ packaging development work.

·         Played as an packaging technical leader to independently deliver pkg development part.

·         Collaborate with external suppliers, internal regional& local sourcing, make, Q&C, formula and other departments.  

·         Provide technical suggestion & judgement, deliver test, trial run, reports, etc...

·         Deliver projects with professional packaging expertise including mould, resin, carton, decoration, filling requirements, etc...

·         Ensure developed packaging format could meet E-commerce channel logistic needs and sustainability target.

·         Deliver other tasks assigned by line manager.

·         Deliver with quality and compliance with company requirement; Compiles and analyzes data, identifies causes, draws conclusions, generates reports

Education:                  

• Bachelor’s degree of Engineering, Science BS (Packaging Technology), or equivalent.

            

Professional Experience:  

·          2+ YEARS experience with BS.

                             

Knowledge & Skills:

·         Solid expertise on rigid plastic material, mould& decoration, carton, shipper, packaging machine, etc.; or at least good at part of these packaging technologies.

·         He should have agile working style.
