职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Execute and manage CAE projects within engineering and development projects according to Kautex standard or to general CAE state of the art
? Ensure appropriate definition of requested simulation task by clarifying open issue
? Choose the appropriate CAE tool within Kautex portfolio.
? Define a sensible simplification in order to make efficient use of the available means
? Ensures own competency by self learning or indicating and defining of required trainings
? Support a smooth global workflow.
? Support customer projects with knowhow and give engineering direction
? Ensure appropriate documentation and archiving of data
? Knowledge about and compliance to the customer specific requirements
Experience:
? Degree in engineering (mechanical, technical, automotive or plastics). Basic education and exposure to CAE.
? 0-4 years of CAE experience FEA/CFD/process-simulation preferable in automotive product development
? 0-4 years of working in an international company or abroad assignment
? Willingness to travel (national)
? Technical engineering
? Nonlinear structural mechanics
? Materials (Metals and Polymers)
? Blow molding/Injection molding process knowledge
? Fundamentals of Finite Element Method
? Basic knowledge on at least one multipurpose FEA software package
? MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, Outlook)
? Ansys, Hyperworks, LS-Dyna, BlowView
? Business Fluent English skills and basic German skills are required
