工作职责

· 管理广告公司创意部工作流程，协调创意部与其他部门（客户部、制作部等）之间的工作。

· 能充分理解项目需求并分解，负责创意团队资源配置和管理，合理分配工作人手，统筹安排，***化优化团队资源。

· 管理设计项目工作进度，执行规划时间表，监控推进进度，保证工作质量。

· 配合部门负责人项目执行和团队管理，保持有效实时的团队沟通。

资质要求

· 语言及书面表达清晰精准，组织计划性强，优秀的沟通能力和时间观念。

· 熟练操作OFFICE各项办公软件，懂MAC优先。
