Responsibilities

1. Implement regular and preventive maintenance in plant;

2. Lead machine and fixture improvement and overhauling ;

3. Support CIP in plant;

4. Do maintenance recording, follow up and do analysis of maintenance status, using indicator such as downtime rate;

5. Setup and maintain machine related QA system document;

6. Supplier management;

7. Other assignment ordered by the manager.




Requirements

1. Bachelor degree in mechanic and automation related filed;

2. Over 8 years' working experiences of machine maintenance;

3. Strong ability in mechanic and hydraulic trouble shooting;

4. Be familiar with structure of CNC machine is a must;

5. Be familiar with TPM;

6. Skilled in Lead Screw installation and adjustment;

7. Be familiar with ISO9001 or TS16949;

8. Be familiar with CAD and MS office;

9. Good command of English both in oral and written,CET-4 is prefered.

10. Knowledge of PFMEA and SPC is a plus.
