Key Responsibilities/工作内容：

Formulation and promotion of national store development strategy.全国门店发展策略的制定和推动。

Store visit, find problems, and work out improvement plan with sales team, and coordinate effective resource support.门店巡访，发现问题，并与销售团队制定改进方案，并协调有效资源支持。

Suggestions and formulation of various policies for retail development.零售发展的各项政策的建议和制定推动。

Plan and execute national retail sales plan, incl. products, promotion, training, etc 计划并执行全国零售销售计划，包括产品，促销，培训等

Collect and analyze retail store sell out number, provide improvement proposal accordingly.收集并分析门店终端数据，提出相应的改进建议

Support retail store development with regional sales 支持区域销售的门店开发

Execute & support marketing activities with trading marketing 执行并支持trade marketing的市场活动

Drive sales performance of MT channels by fostering existing clients and building new relationships. 通过培养现有客户和建立新关系来推动MT渠道的销售业绩。

Work as part of a team to meet overall organizational goals, mission, vision and values of the Company. 作为团队的一员，共同实现公司的整体组织目标，使命，愿景和价值观。

Job Specifications/任职资格：

5+ years’ experience in retail channel operations and experience in implementing, building material or household appliance industry is preferred. 5年以上零售渠道运营经验，有建材或家电行业实施经验者优先。

Understanding of local retail business, retail implementation and retail marketing. 了解当地零售业务，零售实施和零售营销。

Project and time management skills, high ability to organize, prioritize and balance multiple projects and priorities 项目和时间管理技能，高度组织，优先排序和平衡多个项目和优先事项的能力
