Qualifications:

1.College or University degree major in Business Administration 2.Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook 3.Excellent communication skills , professional phone etiquette 4.Minimum 5 years experience in customer service or Production scheduling. 5.Experience in ERP/MRP preferred 6.Good spoken and written English Functional Job Activities :

1. Work with production & IE to analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data, and oversees mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirement

2. Work with relevant dept manager, plan workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.

3. Confers with production supervisors to determine status of assigned projects and to resolve problems affecting production schedules.

4. Drafts instructions in terms of production planning and control, studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates.

5. Create rolling monthly production schedule on a weekly & daily basis based on customer releases and Eagle Ottawa inventory turn goals

6. Purchase BOM raw materials to each suppliers based on customer release and inventory turn goals

7. Track and expedite materials to maintain continuity of supply

8. Track production schedule of semi product (finishing hides) and finishing goods (cutsets) to insure on time delivery to customer.

9.Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.

10.New program launch involvement to ensure timely and accurate production planning support.
