Qualifications:
1. College or university graduate with 5 yrs working experience in plant HR activity. .
2. Strong communication skills with internal and external people;
3. Must be a team player with customer service oriented manner
4. Good interpersonal skills;
5. Be familiar with MS office software
6. Good command of spoken and written English

Job Activities:
1. Recruiting and hiring for both salaried and shopfloor staffs.
2. Participants in formulation or optimization of HR polices and procedures
3. Employee Conduct Management to ensure employee conducts are in compliance with company rules and standards
4. Staff social events and activities organization and coordination
5. Employment Relation
6. Performance evaluation for shopfloor staffs
7. HR reports
