As Verification Engineer for Advanced Driving Assistance (ADAS) and Autonomous Driving (AD), you will be responsible for verifying and analysing the functionality and performance of Zenuity’s features at Zenuity China. The focus of this role is systems and function testing in vehicle. You will be the effective link in verification and tuning activities with partners, colleageus in China, and with the teams in US and Europe. As such, the role combines technical and functional knowledge, with communication, coordination and interaction skills.

Tasks

Your responsibility comprises:

o   Verify the functionality and performance of Zenuity SW features in vehicle

o   Analyze likely causes of problems and improvement opportunities

o   Tuning of SW features in-vehicle

o   Communicate effectively with Zenuity colleagues in US to provide KPI results, logs, data, analysis and suggestions on improvements.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you should have …

o   Strong technical background as verification engineer

o   Experience and knowledge of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems, particularly with focus on steering support features and semi-autonomous driving

o   Knowledge of vehicle communication networks, CAN, FlexRay and competent with bus analysis tools such as CANoe and related hardware

o   Knowledge of technical tools such as Matlab and Simulink and requirement tools such as SystemWeaver or Doors.

o   Understanding technical requirements, experienced in executing function and system DVMs in vehicle

o   Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to interact in a multicultural environment

o   Strong coordination, facilitation and pedagogical skills. Being able to handle communication and facilitiation of issues between several parties

o   Enjoy working in an international organization and possess experience of working in both Chinese and US or European environments and cultures

o   Knowledge of agile methodologies

o   Experience and knowledge of regulations affecting active safety and driver support systems in different markets

In addition we believe you meet the following requirements:

o   Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

o   Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience from the automotive industry

o   Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and orally

o   Driver license for personal vehicles in China
