Job title: Customer Care Specialist
Report to: Customer Care Lead
Location: Shanghai
The Position:
1. Process customer order & scheduling
1) Manage/handle sales order in-take through manual input or digitization channels.
2) Arrange production scheduling plan according to customer’s requests
3) Coordinate the sales team and production sites for a smooth and effecitive order process and delivery
2. Manage information
1) Maintain the order information in ERP system
3. Support Credit Management
1) Check and monitor credit limits in close collaboration with the account manager and Finance.
2) Track the finance settlement on customer orders
4. Support Sales Team to make sure Customer Master Data accuracy
5. Handle complaint
1) Handle customer complaints on responsible product lines, maintain CCR (Customer Complaint Report) system according to global requirements
6. Manage customer relationship
1) Focus and understand the real requirement/expectation of external customer and fulfill them following the company compliance.
2) Remain good relationships with external customers
3) Achieve high quality service level following ISO & GMP standards
4) Work with sales team as a partner to provide the professional service to external customers.
7. Contribute to Project/Continuous Improvement
1) Seek Continuous Improvement opportunities through the daily work to lead and drive projects
2) Support project team to provide operation process/procedure information etc.
3) Support project implementation
8. SHE Responsibilities
1) Ensure individual compliance with DSM SHE requirements including attending SHE trainings, reproting incidents, mananging changes and improvements etc..and apply them to daily work.
9. Other tasks arranged by line manager
1) Authorities
2) Projects or Special Assignments
10. Provide the necessary information which project required such as process/procedure, business/operation scenario etc.
The Ideal:
1. University graduate, or equivalent experience in related field
2. Extensive knowledge of SAP sales & operations planning
3. Good English both oral and written ( CET 6 or the equivalent)
4. Can do attitude
5. At least 2 or more years of experience with multi-national enterprises in order management , demand management, supply chain management or logistics management.

9. Good Communication both in Oral and Written
10. Negociation skill
