岗位职责:

文稿起草Manuscript drafting
？ 参加公司相关管理会议，全面了解公司生产经营情况。
Attend company-related management meeting, fully understand the production & operation of the company.
？ 协助起草公司党委报告、文件和相关制度等各类文稿。
Assist in drafting out various manuscripts of company party committee such as reports, documents and relevant systems.
？ 与相关部门协调完成公司大事记/年度总结。
Coordinate with relevant departments to complete company memorabilia/annual summary.
理论学习Theory study
？ 协助落实党委中心组理论学习工作。
Assist in implementing the work of theory study of the party committee centre group.
形势任务教育Situation & task education
？ 协助落实舆情分析，掌握员工思想动态。
Assist in implementing the public opinion analysis, and understand staff’s ideological trend.
？ 协助围绕公司生产经营活动，落实上级党委主题教育活动和公司党委主题宣传活动。
Around the company’s production & operation activities, assist in implementing theme education activities of superior party committee and theme publicity activities of company party committee.
信息管理Information Management
？ 协助公司内部信息的组织、编辑和发布工作。
Provide assistance in organization, editing and release of company internal information.
？ 协助维护公司内部网页首页、微信企业公众号、公司内刊等媒体信息发布工作。
Provide assistance in maintaining and managing the homepage of company's internal webpage, WeChat public number, and company magazine and release of other media information.
文化建设Culture building
？ 协助组织策划赛科文化价值观推广应用方案。
Assist in organizing and planning the popularization and application scheme of SECCO cultural values.
？ 协助开展先进典型的宣传报道。
Assist in carrying out publicizing and reporting of advanced model.
维护部门IMCS Department IMCS maintaining
？ 协助主管开展本部门IMCS流程执行情况的审核工作。
Assist the supervisor in carrying out the review work of implementations of IMCS procedures of own department.
？ 协助、配合体系的认证和复审，保证体系的持续改进。
Assist in and cooperate with system’s certification and review, to ensure the continuous improvement of the systems.

任职资格:

？ 中共党员。

？ 教育背景：全日制本科及以上学历，具有优秀的文字能力。
Education background: Bachelor degree or above in full-time university, with excellent literary ability.
